Shannon was amazing from start to finish! She was tasked with finding us a house in the crazy 2020/2021 market, she knew how time sensitive showings were and every house we looked at we were either the 1st or 2nd showing! At our final walk through, I left the house feeling very overwhelmed seeing how long the grass was and knowing we had rain coming and no available time to trailer our lawnmower to the new house. She made a miracle happen and hired someone the day of our closing to cut the grass! Shannon taking away my anxiety over the grass, made opening the door to my new home, so much more enjoyable!
