We cannot say how much we have loved working with Shannon! This is our second time buying a house and have used Shannon with both purchases along with selling our last house. From the first time looking a house to the day of closing Shannon is on top of every detail and makes the process incredibly smooth. She has never pushed us in any way to make a decision that we were hesitant on and truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and love the house you pick. We have referred family and friends to her and have gotten the same feedback from them. You can tell she really does love her job and with that comes the difference between her and other realtors. Shannon knows her job in and out and will give you honest advice and opinions to make sure you are confident in any decisions you make. We are so thankful and grateful to Shannon. We had our rental house for over 7 years in Illinois but needed to move to Wisconsin for work purposes in a little over a month time frame. Shannon was amazing from start to finish! She was tasked with finding us a house in the crazy 2020/2021 market, she knew how time sensitive showings were and every house we looked at we were either the 1st or 2nd showing! At our final walk through, I left the house feeling very overwhelmed seeing how long the grass was and knowing we had rain coming and no available time to trailer our lawnmower to the new house. She made a miracle happen and hired someone the day of our closing to cut the grass! Shannon taking away my anxiety over the grass, made opening the door to my new home, so much more enjoyable! I will forever be grateful to her for making that happen! It just goes to show she will go above and beyond to help her clients have an enjoyable home buying/selling experience.
